Hamilton is not affected with what other have to say
Hamilton feels that outsiders will never stop commenting but it does not affect him.
When the news broke out that Hamilton will be moving to mercedes next year many felt that he has done a big mistake. After 11 laps of his 1st day behind the mercedes wheel he crashed and entrenched many opinions.
"that's how people are, whenever something is coming up they feel they should comment about it but their comments don't'affect me." Hamilton told the official F1 website.
"I dont live my life with regrets. Once i have made a decision i have had time to think about i dont need to think about it again."He added.
While at McLaren Hamilton used to report to Martin Whitmarsh with Ron Dennis playing the consulting role. Now at Mercedes team boss Ross Brawn, non executive chairman Niki Lauda and executive director Toto Wolff all being a part of the management which Hamilton believes is of great help.
When i'm at the factory i report to all three specially to Toto and Ross as they have all the connections with the mechanics and engineers.
On Niki's involvement he added its good to have someone who knows how it behind the wheel who can relate and understand it.

Vettel hails RB9
After a successful test at Jerez, Vettel feels that Red Bull are in a good position for the upcoming season.
While most of the top teams like Ferrari, Mercedes, Lotus and McLaren lost alot of track time in Jerez test , Red bulls was the only team that did not face any failure. Vettel was very happy about the cars reliability and its performance.
Vettel even added that RB9 is favourable as compared to RB8 in the early stages of the season.
"It was a good test for the whole team", said Vettel.
"We have done alot of laps with the car and it feels really good. I feel better than last year and it seems we have done our homework well."
"Now we move to Barcelona for another four day test, we will see hw the car is running and if there is any problem we will fix them."
Vettel feels they will come to know more about other teams in Barcelona.
"So if you keep your eyes open you might spot some stuff. But as we said earlier we concetrate on ourselves more and try and improve our car and if possible keep an eye on our rivals. It should be interesting."
